I am a Founding Partner at 10x Founders, where I have the incredible opportunity to work with world-changing startups, which fills me with positive energy. For the past 12 years, I have been dedicated to helping founders achieve their visions. Initially, I managed the Center for Digital Technology Management (CDTM) at TU Munich and LMU, which successfully spun out 250 companies and seven unicorns, including Personio, Forto, Monzo, Tier, and Trade Republic. Following that, I served as an operator in a rapidly expanding E-Commerce company before co-founding the Munich branch of Silicon Valley's Plug and Play accelerator. In 2020, I co-founded 10x Founders. My academic background is in business administration, mechanical engineering, and technology management from WHU Vallendar, TU Munich, and UC Berkeley, as well as a PhD in economics from LMU Munich. My particular passions lie in AI, SaaS, and Deeptech.
