I’m Chiara. I previously worked at Cavalry Ventures, focusing on platform, operations, and founder support, and started my career as a Founders’ Associate at repath. I hold an MSc from ESCP and a BSc from KU Leuven, and alongside my current role I also lead alumni relations at Baby VC.

At 10x Founders, I drive our network and community projects end to end, from our 120-people Fellows 2.0 program to spot top founders early, to the 10x Summit and other flagship events across Europe, always with the goal of connecting investors, founders, and young talent in a meaningful way.

By day I’m a Community & Project Manager, by night a Property Manager, and what truly drives me is creating experiences where people feel connected and leave happier than they arrived, whether that’s founders and investors finding common ground or families making memories on holiday at the lake I get to call home. That’s me in a nutshell: always curious, always building, always smiling.
